Jonathan Ross praised performances that did not actually get shown to the TV audience. The BBC received 413 complaints because coverage of Metallica's live set was cut short. MSN viewers could stream all live shows to their PC’s simultaneously in high quality, choosing their own mix of shows and switching between artists at will.
